Andrew Otazo is the former executive director of the Cuba Study Group. He previously worked as a Harvard Business School casewriter and assistant to former Mexican President Felipe Calderón. He also interned at the U.S. State Department’s Office of Andean Affairs. Andrew attended West Point for two years before graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree.
Andrew has published over 30 pieces, including business case studies, scholarly articles, white papers, op-eds, and press releases.
